So last night, putting my camera and lens away for the night, out of the corner of my eye in my home office....I see my old telescope in the corner....eyes wandered down to the tripod...sure is sturdy...I wonder....

Yep, pulled off the scope and mounted my Canon...perfect fit...I'm such a n00b for not knowing these mounts are probably all similar...lol

No need to buy a tripod now, woohoo!!!
