Saw this flick on tuesday and figure I'd post my opinion. It was a good, conventional scary movie. It was a bit brute force with the scary bits but they were still effective and though it was predictable it had enough twists to throw you off just enough to startle you. The basic story was simplistic but the writing was adequete for the purpose and the acting and production was decent.

I'd recommend it.

Thanks...I've been trying to get the ball and chain to go see it with me but she is reluctant. We recently saw "SAW" on dvd..man was that great. I loved the ending...very usual suspects-esque. I also want to see "Cursed" by wes craven....it's written by williamson the dude who wrote the scream series, faculty, etc...
