Who makes a good software program that has lots of interesting photo borders?

you can buy all kinds of stuff from people like Ashe Design or Sassy-designs or the million and one others out there.
What kind of borders are you looking for?

OnOne has a program called Photo frames that i use from time to time.

google "sloppy borders" and you should find a lot of options.

You can make all the borders you want by using just about any raster or vector editing software.

In fact, with some of your own creativity you can make borders no one else has.

Don't know much about computers, so would rather buy some software.

I saw some pix where the edges looked like they were painted kinda rough. Reminded me like a painted emulsion on paper and the edges were just rough brushstroked. But any sort of interesting edges would be good
