There doesn't seem to be any setting info in EXIF data; what lens, apeture, ISO, and shutter-speed did you use for this image? My initial guess is that you're shooting very close to wide open (shallow DoF) and your point of focus actually seems to be slightly in front of the rose (the reflection appears sharp). Are you using auto or manual focus and are you doing a DoF preview check?

I shot that with aperture priority setting at 1.8 with my 50mm f/1.8 lens (my only lens). ISO 200, shutter speed 1/8000, auto focus. You're right, point focus at very nose of rose.
