Bought an old lens at a flea market, need help finding an adapter

Oh, hai, Jack. Speaking of adapters, I have looked on the main websites for an adapter to adapt a Minolta lens to a Nikon body, to no avail. Does anyone know of such an adapter, or a source where I can inquire? Thnx.

Minolta to Nikon is a tough one because the mount increases the focal length so it needs some glass in it to correct for this. I have a Rokkor MD28, 50, & 135 and a Kiron 80-210 f4! in MD mount I would like to try on my Nikons. Some day I'll get an adaptor for this.

According to my operator's manual, the mount is Minolta A, so alal those MD adaptors probably will not work. Thanks. I'll keep looking.
