Had my first client no show tonight. No email, txt, phone call, nothing. Good thing I only partially set up. Time to enforce the non refundable deposit at time of booking.

Don't be surprised if it turns out that in your state a 'deposit' cannot legally be made non-refundable in a contract. Many use the term 'retainer' for just that reason.
