looks like a strong HDR to me... little too strong for my taste i guess, but cool anyway... and i think the brainwash while you wait joke went over my head...

Looks like a posterization or pen and pencil effect..Either way, nice light and composition.

Thank you for the kind comments. I was definately going for a pencil drawn look- more exaggerated than the shots from the same location shown in this thread;

BTW, HDR from 5 exposures, then fooled with contrast and sharpening.
