Closed on my first home on the 4th. Almost finished moving in last night at 3am. Up at 6am to work today.

Buying a home is stressfull.....

Now its time to start fixin some shyt!

Yeah I already have plans for a garage addition. As far as forclosures go, I was quite lucky though. House went into forclosure after it recieved new paint, carpet, flooring, woodwork, maintaince free siding, roof, and a some nice stainless appliances!

I just have to fix a section of fence, fix 5 dead outlets, and buy washer and dryer!
