this is the first shot i post here, but any critique is well accepted!

this shot was inspired by an old good song of midge ure, "breathe"

I like it, it does not show much, but it inspires the eye to imagine in a way.

It is too large for my screen at work though

I am not sure if I had chosen a horizontal arrangement when shooting this. Did you also try tilted versions, different perspectives, to increase tension?

But then again, maybe you do not want too much tension in this shot, it all depends on what you want to create and achieve

I'm with Alex that it is too big to view without scrolling. You'd get better responses if you would size your photos no more than 700 pixels wide.

I do like the exposure and the idea.
