Your image lacks a little contrast to help add some POP. Also the Wedding Veil is dead center. Here's a quick edit as I only had your JPEG version to work with.

Odd thing is, the jpeg has more contrast than the Flickr link, go figure. I export from LR to jpeg sRGB so this shouldn't happen. Right?

I resize to 1024x whatever to min changes when compacting and uploading.
