Bridge and spillway

What do y'all think? I like it, but there is something about it that bothers me and i cant put my finger on it.

The water seems too blue. The weed jutting up at the bottom is a little distracting and I would photoshop it out. And the spillway flow needs more structure? or contrast? to give it more definition.
