explain please? if your talking about the dark blue, I think that may be the sunstrip on my windshield

On the back of your camera will be a graph showing the spread of light and dark pixels (white/black and everything between)

Your image has no bright tones and is about 1.5-2 stops under exposed.

Read up on histograms and exposure.
