Bright Shoes

Nice man...I'm 6'2 and have NEVER been able to dunk :/

@31, I'm debating on doing some workouts to get to that goal of mine.


If you're already in good shape, one of the best things and easiest things to do to reach your goal is calf raises. That's where the majority of your lift comes from. I'm only 5'10" but when I was in really good shape I could dunk(barely). Doing squats won't hurt either...
