ummm.... looks like I'm WAY too late to say "welcome". When I saw your post count, I presumed you were new to TPF.

BUT then... I liked your work so much, I went looking to see what else you might have posted.

It seems I need to look around here a bit more.

Thanks De! For outdoor portraits I use available light (I very rarely use flash outdoors) and supplement with a reflector when needed to open up the eyes. The key to soft lighting is to photograph in open shade, or just as the sun begins to set (sweet light). I also enhance the eyes in photoshop.

Great shots, but i really hope that they weren't all of her laying down!
