A seagull does not exist, Jeff… only different gulls but gulls.

Here, a dog fight between a yellow legged gull and two black hooded crows.
The lower one is a juvenile black headed gull being at the wrong place at the
wrong time… hoping to sneak out of there and fast! :cool:

I saw a flock of seagulls once, and they were pretty unreal. Nice music, too...

Yeah, technically they're gulls but since they reside by the sea they are more often referred to as seagulls by common people and they've been called seagulls since Moses.

This was shot a thousand km from any salt water in central Europe and
there are 13 subspecies (of 50+ total) of gulls living here permanently. No
one calls them soft water gulls. Just gulls.

Colloquially and in literature some call them seagulls.

Well, neither Jeff or I could've known that and most Americans colloquially call them seagulls. It's no big deal, forget about it.
