Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I have a 29 x 14 building with center of celing being 14 feet will this be big enough to put in a studio..i am not a photographer i just take pics of my grandkids. would like to have a place to setup some backdrops and props.

assuming you mean, 29'x14' with a 14' ceiling, yes this should be plenty of space

I have shot studio work in my dining room which is 10' x 14' x 10' high, it was tight. A sample gallery is here Elizabeth - Phil's Photography I used 2 400W Alien Bee studio lights. You'll have more room to work with than I did. The wider seemless backgrounds are 107" (a little under 9 feet) wide.

I used a black backgound on 1 wall to help reduce light from splashing all around this small room. My dining room is now a computer room, I wish I have the space you have available. Can I pay rent?

Phil

Ceiling height is ok.

This is going to be tight

How high is the ceiling where it joins the walls?

FWIW: On the Internet using all capital letters, even in a thread title, is tantamount to shouting.

A bit of synchronicity reading the OP. Last couple of days, I've been thinking about 'space' requirements too.

Say I have a person, or small group, or person within a context, or combined with some props. I want 10 feet, clear/useable either side (to the left, to the right). I want 20 feet (?) behind..for separation and backdrops/constructions which support backdrops. I want 20 feet between cameras and subject. I want 10 feet for 'gear' behind the camera. So that's a 20x50 foot..1000 square feet not allowing for dressing/make-up, facilities (call all that another 200-300 sq.ft). 1200-1300 sq.ft.

EDIT: altered the figures a bit. Do you think they are over the top? Suggestions for ad-hoc space - rent-out a community hall, dance theatre?

I'd love to have a studio space of that size at my home! For what you want to do? It's a great size. If you were wanting to open a professional studio in it? you might quickly feel a pinch, but it could work.
My ideal studio? A greenhouse!
