Great shot of a hybiscus. The bee is a little fuzzy, I would have focused there and then moved the flower to the lower right of the frame. Framing could still be done with a crop. Good contrast.

I like the shot but I'm not sure the subject matter lends itself to B&W. Plants and insects have such rich colors, it seems a shame to hide them. Also, I'd frame the top of the flower a bit lower.
