Burrage Pond 4/11/15

First trip of the spring, not too much going on as I think the ice stayed too long, or got too deep, and killed thousands of fish and other wildlife

But there were a few turtles



And ducks



And one of these

Wish I could have gotten closer but some days you can and some days you can't




And the taj mahal of Osprey nests !!!!




This guy had such a good time he didn't want to leave, or even turn his head for a picture

Bill, nice shots. Interesting osprey nest - I wonder what the telecom folks will do.

It will probably take them more than a few years to fill that with sticks but they are off to a good start lol
