I found a spot with several burrowing owls and went there this morning, only one of them was interested in showing up for the camera. I enjoy watching these little owls. My favorite is the second shot, as he seems to be as interested in me as I was about him.

They are small owls, but the ones around here are a little bigger than a robin. Their wingspan is definitely wider than a robin, but their overall weight is not much bigger - in my estimation.

I like n0.2 with the head tilt, they have such cool expressions on their faces and lovely bright eyes.
