full size I don't really see it, but in this size there's a lot of haloing. Some processing technique that let the ink bleed?

The composition has some issues; the street light that is touching two buildings, the dark mass at the top, and two smaller elements at the edges. I imported this into Aperture3, and although I could not remove the vignetting, I was able to lighten the scene overall and bring the shadows up a bit.
