Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hello .... I just got my first DSLR last Tuesday. I took it out for my first photo shoot and posted some of my shots to get some input. Anything I should try? Anything I should know? This was my first time shooting with anything other then a point and shoot. I am really not sure how to adjust settings yet, but I have books and I have been experimenting (as you can see from my photos)

Also I have a Nikon D3100 and a Nikon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 AF-S DX VR. I plan to shoot a lot of city shots as well as abandon buildings, car details, and maybe get into some children portraits. What equipment would you recommend I look into getting next?

Thanks :D

Someone was drunk on the town last night.

Yeah, the ANGLES are a bit much, especially with such 'straight angled' subjects. Your last one is out of focus as well.

Keep up the practice :) Night shots are the hardest (especially with no tripod)

Less spirits, and maybe a spirit level, might have helped...

Experimenting is good, even if it makes us all dizzy. Seriously, though, until you do this a lot more you will not know what other equipment you might need. You can do quite a bit with what you have and you need to discover its limitations or you will not spend your money well. The only thing that might make sense now is a not-too-expensive flash so you could experiment with that as well.

Best one is the good old Mini
