Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I am new to the photography world, i purchased a Nikon d3100 w/18-55mm kit lens about 4-5 weeks ago and have not been able to put it down, I have shot aprox 1500 photos with it in that short amount of time and I would like to know if I am abusing the camera or can it handle it? Should I slow down? I have experimented with with everything from macro (cropped not really macro) to smoke photography, As a newbie its realy fun and I hope it stays this fun.
Also I have attached a few of my shots for some C & C. I have just recently learned about the ROT, thats why most of the photo subject are centered. I have also started using manual mode right out of the box as sugested by most.
Thaks in advance for the advice.

the water drop is great in my opinion, the smoke shot is nice, the flower shot is on the blurry side

The water droplet and spider shots are spot on. Good work.

The flower shot is however out of focus. Also, the boy shots seems to be a bit soft this maybe due to some extra work done in CS5.

#1 Very noisy. Why did you shoot at 3200 iso? In my expierence anything shot that high is going to have alot of noise. I always try to keep mine as low as possible and very seldom am I shooting above 100-200 iso.

#2 Dof is too small, causing some of the spider to be out of focus

#3 Same as above, dof is too small

#4 I like it

#5 As many people, im not a fan of selective coloring so this does nothing for me
