This is what I would do with #1...................
Crop it so and clone out the blossom to the far right.

I also adjusted the levels to brighten and add some pop.

I am no experts but generally, for macro, I like to keep it simple. If possible a single flower. You don't have to place the flower at the centre of the frame but also not to highlight the background. The attention and focus must be your intending subject. Next will be which part of that subject you wish to highlight. Greybeard suggestion is quite nice.
