Since the last time I showed my work, I have done some thinking as far as composition and shot selection, and also, I recently came in possetion of a 70-200mm 2.8 IS lens, that simply rocks.

Here are the fruits of one days labor:

2009 football team - a set on Flickr

The composition is good on these. You might want to include more action in these, like more players in the shot, but I wasn't there so I don't know if you could've.

Here is a football picture of mine:

I could've cropped allot more out but I wanted to get more of the scene of being there.

and BTW if you could post 3-4 on the thread you probably will get more direct C&C

I don't know how to do that on Flickr :(

there are many threads with how-to's on doing that.

But just go to you photostream
click on the picture of your choice
Click all sizes (under the title)
Select you size
Coppy the URL that is at the bottom of the picture( should look sorta like this: http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3487/4064263603_22319616fb_b.jpg )

Go to your post and click the button with the camera and picture
Paste the URL in the box
click on "OK"

Then your done!

I like the 3 that worked, they are very detailed shots that show the action and players emotion, though I think you need to put "
" tags around them and fix #2.

Did you read the thread I posted? It shows you how to do it. Don't post the link. Ok here
1. Go to the pic you want
2. On the top go to all sizes
3. Pick the size you want.
4. Right click that picture
4. Click copy image address
5. On the forum click the icon with the camera and palm tree
6. Press ctrl+V
7. Click OK
8. Repeat for more pictures
9. It's that easy. Please do it. Hope that helped
