Ok so i think i finally figured it out first shot at macro let me know what you think a canon rebal xti with a macro extension tube

I believe your composition is good but the images look soft to me.

Can you explain a little more? Im totally new to all this just picked up a camera a few months ago and started shooting : /

Composition looks good and you chose some great colors. They all appear to be a little soft and the depth of field is vary shallow. But off to a good start!

Greater DOF on #2 would make it a great shot.
Set your aperture to f11 or greater, if you've got the available light.

i like the 4th one the most. however some pictures like #2 seems focused on the wrong area. #1 has a lot of noise, try taking your camera off automatic ISO if that option is available. i agree with the previous post too; they all seeem soft, i dont know if its the extension tubes or maybe you need to take the picture faster once you've focused so you dont lose your distance and create a blur with shaky hands.
