C&C please. pic of my daughter

I had to photoshop the background a bit. My moniter is still not calibrated correctly so please let me know if the color or anything looks off. What else in this picture is "off"? Still trying to learn.

cute kid! I would drop exposure a little bit, she is a little bright on the face and chest, but not by much. Maybe a hair more constrast also... (Note.. At work... and I haven't calibrated this monitor in over a year, but it should be close)

She is a cutie! I agree with Charlie about the exposure and contrast. Is this an in-camera crop? The tilt is a bit much. Besides that it would be stronger if you had not chopped off the edge of her hat.
