Looking for a C&C. Also, which is more desirable, color or b&w?

The color.......but that version is still lacking something. You might of over-saturated?
The B&W just blends to much together. That makes for a uncomfortable image.

I prefer the color, but it looks like you may have over sharpened, and over saturated?

The color one, though it me be a little too sharp.

I agree the color is better, but I don't think the composition really works. The space where the tree lines converge is too centered and there is nothing much in the foreground to look at.
