I'm finding night shooting difficult. Exposure and white balance in particularly. Here is a shot from tonight. I know, not the most stunning subject but comments on exposure, etc. much appreciated!

The addition of the building in the background causes my to think it suffers from Subject Identity Crisis. Some of the lights on the HRC sign are over-exposed. If you're shooting in raw, you may be able to wrangle it down a bit. If not, I would try HDR to bring it more into line.

I don't see the subject as being in doubt; I do agree that some of the highlights could be toned down a little, but it's a really nice shot.
