lol, that's awesome. My wife and I went to Bentleyville just the other day and got some decent shots, but most were just a tad too dark. I'm glad it finally snowed a little, just in time for Christmas! If you're ever on the airport, wave to to tower!

I think the first and the third one are fantastic. The second one doesn't do anything for me. The great thing about this subject is there's no lack of material to work with! You could shoot books of material on this one train! Keep up the great work!

very nice photos in my opinion. I have past relatives who worked on trains. I like how you did it in black & white. it adds a nice touch.

Beautiful in B&W, that's for sure! I think the 2nd might be nice if you straightened it a bit so the vertical edge of the car were parallel with the side of the photo, the tilt of the camera takes away from the lines created by perspective. in #1 the horizon is almost perfectly level and in #3 the front of the engine is vertical, and both capture the 3D space of the train much better than #2 imho.

Thanks for all the comments, I agree number 2 doesn't do much. I took it to try and capture the name and give it character but it's at a weird angle. I have some more of the caboose and front end I'll mess around with later.
