C&C - Woman on Bicycle

I have been out doing more street photography (on film, which I have yet to develop because the nearest lab that does more than C-41 is 45 minutes away ), and I caught this today while I was at the park.. something about the woman's face and the scene struck me. I should have left my shutter go a little longer to give more motion blur, but my camera was already set and I just shot. C&C is appreciated.

I can see that, however what I was initially struck by was almost a confrontational xenophobic look... her look made ME feel out of place rather than her.

Really nice, I do like that slight motion blur look without the subject getting any soft, I love that angry but kinda gentle look in her eyes. Black and white makes the photo more appealing.

Not at all! Then again, that greatly depends on who is giving you the look..

I'm not sure the vignette helps this image. I'm guessing the sky in the upper left was too bright.
A different crop might be a better solution.

I used a split ND filter for the sky, and a subtle vignette.. I felt that it would center in on the subject a bit. Thanks for the critique!
