Here are a few species that call our Australian native eucalyptus trees home.
The first is a Eycalyptus Leaf Beetle, which can be quite destructive in large numbers and make short work of leaves.
This is an immature form of the Eucalyptus Tip Bug (? 4th instar). Beautiful colours at this stage before they moult. They will quiver and shake as you approach them, possibly to flaunt their bright colours (? toxic) and deter predators.
