not a bad shot, but composition seems a little boring to me, everything of interest is right along the center of the line... and the sky is rather uninteresting as well

yup looks like you could have got great pics if you actually went up there lol. I love Edinburgh, practically lived on Princess street for 8 months (Hotel, worked and slept there putting in a fire alarm).. brilliant place.. but i don't think i've heard or Calton Hill.

I think the sky needs to be burned in to make it a more compelling image.
