This was my "money shot" at a local car show here in Alaska about a year and a half ago. I just dug it out of my archives. Anyway this photo is scanned by walmart and there is no PP

not sure what the settings where it was on manual.
I wish i had a gradient filter for the sky.

In the first picture the SUV in the background kills it

^ nailed it! If not for the SUV it could have been used in a chevy add(after a little photoshop)

It is generally a car-shoot no-no to have any kind of pole "growing" out of the car. A lot of times this can't be avoided, but it is frowned upon in the car shooting community. I do like the picture though, car pics always get me.

Yeah i realize the background of the car is pretty messy. I didn't have permission to move the car. It was on show. If i moved to the left a few steps you would have seen a parking lot full of cars and if i moved to the right any you would have seen the sound booth. so there was no real good backdrop I was just out having fun =)
