Easy to explain. There was no 'prediction'. Instant film was first produced in 1948. The Twilight Zone episode was produced in 1960.

TZ was originally produced in the 1960's.
I was born in 67. So the reruns were common then.
And yes I DO remember it!

When he dies in the end.
