Can someone help me add a shadow?

I know that this wasn't taken by a fancy camera or an actual camera at that. But I was wondering if someone could help me add a shadow to this Sims 3 photo I took. It would be much appreciate. Just a simple shadow behind/on/around the girl, please. :]

The shadows that are already on the girl are kind of limiting, but......

I guess that's not your artwork? I had to hit the search engine to discover what Sim 3 was.

I'm a little confused, have you taken it to edit or..? x) Excuse my slowness.

Well, I created the character from what little the game gives you. Takes a lot of shaping and modeling and skin and accessory creating. I posed her and took the shot.

They basically look like this when you buy the game:
