here is another. selected the balloons and used hue and saturation. added a bit of white highlights. selected the white sky and rendered with clouds. then used shadows and highlights to reveal some details in the trees, erased the shadows on the road, sharpened and saved

Ha ha ha... I'm guessing the baby was born a little different than the ultrasound showed? No client has ever taken me up on this, but I always offer to do both blue and pink colors for shots like this... just in case.
