Can this picture be helped now?

Im thinking probably not but I though I should ask anyway. I was so thrilled when they did this rare pose for me and then sick when I realized I had my p&s on the wrong settings and got a small file. I would like to crop it closer to start but its so pixely. I have elements and reading up on sharpening and changing resolution, I'm just not seeing a way to fix this.
Anyone....?

That's the actual size of the image there? Wow. You're kinda stuck, unfortunately. This is why I always put the camera to my default settings when I put it down... high image quality, ISO200, Program mode. Just in case...

It's probably big enough for a 4x6, but I wouldn't expect to get much more than that out of it...
