Can you make out this picture?

Serious question, can you guess what this picture is of?

It was very dark so I brightened it and put a filter on in photoshop. If anyone would like the original to edit it, your help would be greatly appreciated. I'm not so good but I tried.

It's a person's left eye & nose.

Damn good guess, that's exactly what I thought it was... But then I thought, wouldn't you see their mouth?

EDIT: Where do you see it? (What angle). I'm thinking that it's taken looking upwards.

Can't see the mouth due to the lighting.
