Can you share feedback on shutterfly, snapfish, or any other photo printing service ?

I am a website usability designer. I am currently working on a client redesign redesign project of an online photo printing service.

I would love to get user feedback from people that have in the past used any of these services, to what they have found to be the best features or worst stumbling blocks.

I am also looking for people that have never used any of them. Would you try them for me ? I'll provide a visa gift card. ? Use your creativity, try the thing out. Yes, the prints are yours to keep. I just get the feedback. LOL
