Mitch, when subjects are looking or going in all directions, it is ok
to frame them as a group but, when in the same direction, it would
be better to frame it as such and leave more room in that direction.

I love these guys! They really band together and are fun to watch.

From experience, I can tell you they do NOT yield to cyclists - what we used to call the arrogance of the goose. They were pretty darn sure we'd be the ones to yield to them, and they were always right!

This is a pretty shot! I agree, a little more room in the frame on the left side would improve it, but it's still a nice "group shot."

Thanks everyone! I usually try for more "drama", but they were all lined up here for their shot. There's a massive flock of them the next hill over, and they panic at the slightest provocation. A bunch of drama queens. Makes for interesting shots, though.
