The Snow Birds aerobatic team are the Canadian equivalent of the US Navy's Blue Angels or the UK's Red Arrows. At the bottom right of the first image, you can just see where the singleton in the second image has just peeled off.

Not sure why you say that Jeff. The whole point of the compositions is the luminescent pattern of the con trails. I wanted to try for something other than the usual shot of flying aircraft.

Yep, I was going to compliment you on thinking to get the contrails and not just the flying planes. Nice job.
