Here's my reasoning:

Blurry butt: The way her butt juts out draws my attention, however when my eyes get there it's blurry and thus annoying. This annoyance consumes my attention and leaves me ignoring much of the rest of the photo.

Cut butt: Partial limbs and body parts tend to illicit discordant feelings. I'd rather see no butt or a complete butt.

Blown sky: This isn't as big an issue in this image as it often is in others. I just feel distracted by that intense white space above the model.

Tight cropping: Creates a claustrophobic feeling.

I know this will sound silly..but I think that she also would have looked a little better with her arms uncrossed. dont know why exactly, its just the feeling I get when i look at this picture. and I agree with the others, a little more butt in the shot. Not sure how you got the hair to do that, but it is perfect.

Her hands look ENORMOUS to the extent that I think this is a sloppy photoshop, and the reflection in her left (our right) eye makes her iris look creepy and enormous.

This photo isn't horrible, but seriously, her hands are huuuuuuuuuuge.

I feel like I should mention that I like just about everything ELSE about this photograph Cute girl who knows how to pose and is well styled. The light is workmanlike and decent (with the exception of the aforementioned catchlight) and the "set" is very well handled here. This is solid fashion stuff.

I forget, sometimes, to include the "but here's some stuff I like" especially when the work is obviously pretty damn good to start with.

I wish her eyes AND her butt were in focus... that way I could admire both more easily! Beautiful lady! Composition on this one doesn't bother me too much.. although I would have preferred to get all of those jeans in the shot. I do agree that the right hand looks bizarrely large in comparison to the rest of her (perspective or distortion or bad PP)

Nice pose, model and overall shot... But why would you cut it there? I mean, it's only showing half her... jeans! After all, the picture is about her... jeans, I think.
