so I took this a couple weeks ago and decided to do some editing. I did a little selective coloring and I know its cliche but I cant stop I just really like it in certain shots.

Sorry, I don't think this is a good result at all.
The cross-hatched fence is in relative focus and very, very distracting.
Her shirt is almost completely blocked up in the shadows.
The skin tones are muddy and drab.
That bit of shirt sticking out is the brightest thing in the picture.
It looks as if you clipped her out of some other picture and dropped her in a new background.

I think you need to start with a shot more conducive to excessive PPing and go from there.
