Just some trial pics i took tonite...these i took without tripod(handheld cam)...pretty bad isn't it:blushing:

first one is the best, but because you did not have a tripod you were not in the best situation. With one you would have been able to get a much better focus and a little bit longer of an exposure to make it look a bit better.

Try different positions of the candle behind the crystal

Crop out the dead space in #1, and you could have something.

Get exposure like #1 with the reflection like #3 and put a circular or oval crop on it.

Thanks i will try that with the positions.
Yes i must buy myself a tripod...taking pics at nite is impossible!

These pics are trials and yes iam a noob:blushing:..but with the help from you guys on this site i think i will make wonders
