If your intent was to duplicate a C135 processed image from the mid 70s you've done an outstanding job. Techinically, the white balance appears to have a slight green cast, and the blown highlights on her hair are a little excessive.

not really liking the blue tinge to the imahe though
other than that looks quite nice

I like the background, and the processing does give a very 1970's, dreamy,ethereal look and feel to the photo. Her simple hairstyle, simple clothing style, minimal jewelry, and her blue eye shadow all give a very "70's look". I just wish you'd have swung the camera a little to the left,and lowered the angle of view, to position her more centered; the composition feels odd and the cropping of her bustline kind of spoils the overall effect, IMHO.
