Cannon powershot Sx730 hs -how to find water paint effect??

Hey, does anyone know how to find the water colour paint effect? It sometimes takes it in the 'creative shot' burst so i know the camera can do it, but its not an option under the 'SCN' modes with the rest of the effect options.

Hi, I dont use any software. Just take the photo and thats how it remains. Heres an example of on the "creative setting" with attached photos. Im just not sure how to mimic the settings to get the effect as i thought it would be its own setting with the others, (such as; fireworks, poster effect, super vivid, miniature effect, toy camera effect, fish-eyed effect, soft focus, monochrome, low light, etc)
