Canon 5d Mark II Custom Functions

I have a few questions about how to setup my camera's customs functions. I want the back AF button to be my focus, I want my asterisks to be my iso changer and my jpg zoom button to be my aperture. I do have the back AF programed in as well as the zoom aperture button. When I changed my aperture button my shutter button changed back to a focus button which I did not want. I just wanted my shutter to just be able to take the picture. Also my wheel is now my focus dot changer. I hope you reading can follow what I am trying to explain. If anyone could help that would be awesome. Thanks to everyone in advance.

I didnt know you can repogram ISO and aperture button. Why do you want to change aperture function? Isnt it easier to use the wheel?

The aperture you can change I am still unsure about the iso. That is what I was asking in this post. Where the quick button is awkward I would rather have everything on the back. The wheel makes it much faster for me to rotate my focus point.

AFAIK, you can only change the functions of the shutter button, the * button and the set button (maybe the AF-ON) button as well...but I can't recall.

Either way, I'm sure everything you need to know, is in the manual.
