Canon 70-200 2.8 III & Spyderlenscal

Hey guys. I have a canon 80D and just got the canon 70-200 f2.8 III. I setup the spyder lens cal to the specified distances in the chart they provide (including crop factor) and at the wide end it's pretty consistent. Nothing to micro adjust in my opinion. On the telephoto end, depending on the distance given, even by a foot or two it can be consistent front to back or the depth of field can be more back or more forward. Ideas?
