Canon 700D VS Canon EOS M3

I'm looking for advise on my first camera purchase.

Within my price range, I am currently looking at the Canon 700D or the Canon EOS M3.

My requirements:
- small and lightweight
- takes clear pictures with or without added lenses
- good built in stabilizer
- suitable for photo's of people and landscapes
- Wifi enabled

I mostly want to use my camera when on holiday and for family photo's. I have a little toddler that is always on the move, so a good stabilizer/auto-focus is necessary.

Basically, I need a camera that is light and easy to use, can take a clear picture, good auto-focus/stabilizer with fast response time.

If not the above 2 models, what would you recommend in a similar price range?

Canon usually has the stabilizing system as a lens-based option, not in the body of the camera itself. So, that's one less isssue to worry about; if you want/need Image Stabiliser as Canon calls it (IS), they have it in na number of lenses throughtout their price ranges.
