Canon DPP help

I'm new to digital and I use the Canon DPP software for RAW images. Here are two samples downloaded from my Photobucket account.

The boats were shot RAW today with very minor changes before converting to jpg for Photobucket. They look good in all my windows until they get to Photobucket.

My dog was shot jpg in camera, sharpened a little and sent to Photobucket. Looks good compared to the boats.

What am I doing wrong with my RAW images?

The one of the boats has some pretty heavy JPG artifacting...

I haven't used DPP in a while, so I don't really know what the problem could be...
There definitely is a problem though...

I went back to DPP and converted and saved to jpg again and found a slider that controls "quality" of the jpg. Default was at the lowest setting. This jpg is at the highest and there is a big difference.
